The proximity to the coastal path and other smaller beaches was great, and the views and flaura and fauna were rich and varied. As a photographer there is great scope for lots of different types of shots to be had.

This is the first caravan holiday I have had. It was a fantastic family resort, extremely child friendly with suitable childrens facilities. It was refreshing to see a range of kids (age wise) meet up without the pressure of parents panic of their kids not being looked out for by every member of the Waterside Community - my kids can't wait to come back. The village store wasn't overpriced and offered a range of goods and the kids bar gave the young teens a sense of independence. Superbly located for Paignton, Brixham and Dartmouth - a family experience that will stay with me forever!

Lovey location, very clean facilities and accommodation was also very clean compared to other holiday parks. My children felt safe on the site. Lots to do in the area.

The park is lovely there is not any thing to dislike but at the same time nothing to go on about i love the park and enterainment staff are the best and work very hard it just a niice place to go i have been twice and will be going back.
